Where are you from and how long have you been at Rise?
I grew up in the Northwest suburbs and have been at Rise Buildings since December, 2020.
What first drew you to Rise Buildings/tech/real estate? Or how did you get your start working in PropTech?
I was working for another PropTech company when I stumbled upon Rise while on LinkedIn. I read an article that seemed interesting and then found myself in a Rise Buildings rabbit hole. The following week I was firing off DMs to Rise team members trying to get in on the action.
What is your role with Rise Buildings and in what ways do you support the business and its customers?
As an Account Manager, my role at Rise is to facilitate change management. Ok, you’ve decided to take the leap and you’re now a “tech-forward” building. What does that actually look like at your property and how does it affect your specific workflows? My priority is to ensure our clients get the most out of our product and listen to any suggestions they have to make it better.
What do you like about working at Rise Buildings?
Working at Rise is fun because we are disrupting a mature industry. My favorite thing to hear from the client is “Oh….you can do that? That’s cool!” It really never gets old.
What’s a personal passion of yours in or outside of your work?
I love anything that’s competitive. Golf, rummikub, softball, bowling, darts, iMessage games….you name it and I’m there.
